Joint Task Force 501 is a group that operates USAF, USMC, and US Army Aircraft using DCS as a means to have a Fun and Balanced Military Style Missions that are engaging and involve an environment of likeminded individuals creating an atmosphere that is a balance between MilSim and Casual Players.
While doing our best to maintain a relaxed and fun environment, our group tries to provide comprehensive paramilitary type missions that require coordination, skill, and knowledge. The focus of our group is to conduct training and missions that are fun yet challenge us to work as a team and continuously improve our skills. One on One training is typically coordinated when members need additional work on specific areas or skills. Casual flying is done throughout the week.
JTF501’s primary focus is to fly PvE missions while utilizing PvP training. This maximizes focus to work together effectively and efficiently while also retaining as much “fun factor” as possible. Currently JTF501 operates: +1 USAF Fighter Wing (127th FW) --4 virtual USAF Squadrons (93d FS - F-16C, 75th FS - A-10C, 307th FS - F-15E (once released), & Another F-16 FS)
